SelGrsProfit - Select Gross Profit

Similar to TotalProfit, the Select Gross Profit contains the total cash gains of losing positions.  However, any positions with percentage gains greater than 3 standard deviations from the average are eliminated from the total.  This value displays the gross profit without the effects of highly skewed positions.
