SelGrsLoss - Select Gross Loss

Similar to TotalLoss, the Select Gross Loss contains the total cash loss of losing positions.  However, any positions with percentage losses greater than 3 standard deviations from the average are eliminated from the total.  This value displays the gross loss without the effects of highly skewed positions.
